A brand new course at the new, fashionable time trialling distance of 15 miles saw two impressive inaugural course records setSCCA Private Member Matt Garthwaite beat the nearest opposition by over two minutes in the VTTA (Merseyside) 15 to take the overall win.
The relentless heat and pounding of the Peplow pavé made the Brian Mear (Bricks) Ltd Shropshire Championship 100 a war of attrition as riders suffered in the longest event on the County time trialling calendar
The course record was shattered as Kirk Vickers lopped 46 seconds off Tyler Brennan’s old standard to become the first rider to dip below the 20 minute mark on the Berriew – Welshpool course and take Gold and The Gordon Davies Trophy in The Coaching Revolutions Shropshire Championship 10

A rearranged event on a rearranged course saw two fantastic inaugural records set in Round 2 of the Friction Hydraulics Series.
Due to the terrible weather forecast for this coming Sunday, the Nova Raiders Reliability organisers have sensibly taken the decision to cancel this event. Apologies to all those looking forward to riding with us on Sunday but the safety of all riders is paramount.
